14th HR National Conference: Advancing Leadership in the Era of People Analytics

The Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO) successfully hosted the 14th HR National Conference & Exhibition, held from 26–27 November 2025 at the Kigali Marriott Hotel. The conference brought together HR professionals, business leaders, policymakers, academics, and development partners for two impactful days of learning, dialogue, and collaboration.

Held under the theme “Leadership in the Era of People Analytics”, the conference focused on how data-driven leadership is transforming human resource management, organizational performance, and decision-making in today’s evolving workplace.

The conference featured a rich program of keynote addresses, panel discussions, technical sessions, and a CEOs Roundtable, all designed to equip HR leaders with practical insights and future-ready skills. One of the highlights of the conference was the CEOs Roundtable on Leadership Commitments for Data-Driven Organizations, which convened senior executives to exchange experiences on leading organizations in a data-driven era. The session emphasized the role of top leadership in embedding analytics into organizational culture and aligning HR strategy with business goals.
