Employer Branding as a Recruitment Strategy
RHRMO HR Café Explores Employer Branding as a Recruitment Strategy
On 27th March 2026, the Rwanda Human Resources Management Organisation (RHRMO) hosted an engaging HR Café session under the theme “Employer Branding as a Recruitment Strategy.”
Held at Zaria Court in Kigali, the session brought together HR professionals and practitioners for an interactive conversation on how organisations can strengthen their employer brand to attract, recruit, and retain the right talent.
The discussion explored the growing importance of employer branding in today’s competitive talent market and how organisations can communicate their values, culture, employee experience, and opportunities to prospective employees.
Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, share practical insights, and explore ways HR professionals can position their organisations as employers of choice.
The session highlighted that effective recruitment goes beyond simply advertising vacancies. A strong employer brand can help organisations attract the right candidates, build trust with potential employees, and create a positive perception of the organisation even before a candidate joins.
Through the HR Café series, RHRMO continues to provide a platform where HR professionals can connect, learn, exchange practical experiences, and stay informed on emerging trends shaping the HR profession.
The session reinforced RHRMO’s commitment to supporting continuous professional development and creating meaningful conversations that contribute to stronger HR practices and workplaces in Rwanda.
